reconstitution

How do I calculate the reconstitution volume needed when working with peptide blends containing multiple compounds?

Calculate based on the compound requiring the largest injection volume at its target dose. Example: A blend with 5mg Compound A (need 500mcg doses) and 2mg Compound B (need 100mcg doses) requires volume where 0.1mL contains 500mcg A and 100mcg B simultaneously. This requires 1mL total reconstitution volume (5mg/mL for A, 2mg/mL for B). USP multi-drug calculations provide detailed methodologies.
