Subcutaneous administration of sleep peptides is performed in fatty tissue areas including abdomen (2 inches from navel), thighs, or upper arms, rotating sites to prevent tissue irritation. Insulin syringes (0.5mL, 29-31 gauge) are appropriate for typical DSIP and Epithalon volumes. Pinch fatty tissue, insert needle at 45-90 degree angle, inject slowly, and apply gentle pressure afterward without rubbing.
